I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Owatonna for a family trip, and we had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The facilities at the hotel were awesome, and my grandkids had an absolute blast. The location was perfect, with easy access to great food options and Cabelas. The pool area was a lot of fun for us adults too, even though we didn't swim. a great stay!

Seemed spendy to me. We took up some fun in the pool area otherwise for just a nights stay it is expensive. No breakfast provided but the bar area had a buffet you had to pay for.

It's perfect place for sightseeing and exploring Owatonna. Comforts of king room were fabulous - cable channels, a seating area and a work desk. Besides, free Wi Fi is a bonus.

Grandkids like the water park. Rooms were very nice.

We had to ask for our water park arm bands. They never gave us our breakfast coupon. Exhaust fan didn't work. Had to tighten the sink drain so it would hold water. Elevator had a screw protruding out handle was loose

The rooms were clean and tidy, which was a plus. The hotel's location was great and convenient for our city break. Additionally, the staff at the restaurant were very nice and accommodating.

Our bathroom sink was not cleaned properly, and we had to clean it ourselves. The hotel itself is in need of some updates, as it felt a bit outdated.

I liked the staff at the front desk, prompt and accommodating.

We chose to stay here to have a relaxing time in the pool area, but the hot tub in the pool area was broken. Also the bathtub/shower was very small for the size of the bathroom.

The location was perfect, as it was close to both restaurants and Cabela's, which was convenient for me. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, especially the pool area. Even as an adult, I had a lot of fun and enjoyed myself. The staff members were amazing and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Plus, my grandchildren had a blast here!

The beds were comfortable, and the pillows provided a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome.
